RFP for Third-Party Administration Services for CIS Benefits Program
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit offers from qualified vendors to administer CIS’ Medical self-insured health plans and provide network access. An informational call about the RFP will be held on Sept. 21, 2026. Those interested in responding to this RFP must also indicate their intent to bid by Sept. 23, 2026. Instructions for indicating intent to bid are in the RFP document. The deadline for submitting proposals is 5:00 pm (PT) on Oct. 14, 2026.
